Which shipping carrier do you use?
All of our orders are shipped with FedEx with tracking number included.
How long does processing and shipping take?
All orders are processed within 24hrs and are expected to arrive within 3-7 business days (excluding holidays).
Do you ship internationally?
Our Canadian website currently ships within Canada only.

Returns FAQs
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and unassembled
- All original packaging must be included
- The product must be in resalable condition
As many of our pieces are oversized, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Weβre sorry to hear that! While damage during transit is uncommon, it can happen. Please contact us at pawzroadcanada@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
We will review your case promptly and arrange replacement parts or a replacement item at no cost to you.
How do I initiate a return?
